Harmony Jets is an aircraft management company based in Malta, which is currently undergoing dynamic expansion and has set ambitious plans for the future. We are continuously working to improve the service we offer to our customers and are looking for ambitious and forward-thinking Sales and Customer Care Officers to join our dynamic and target driven team to help us provide high-quality customer service. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers fulfilling flight requests and assisting with queries on various aspects of the client journey whilst providing support for our in-house team of flight dispatchers.

Our ideal candidates are goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of our industry and customer service best practices. You will have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team.

The employment shall be on an indefinite basis and we are offering a salary that remunerates the skills and competencies of the candidates. The individuals shall be based at the company’s offices at the Central Business District in Birkirkara.

We are looking for individuals whose responsibilities will be to:

  • Build, nurture, maintain, and develop relationships with clients and their teams of staff and partners.

  • Review and process client requests via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

  • Using our bespoke processes to match clients’ requirements with the best possible solutions and provide quotations.

  • Follow up on requests to ensure that the client has all information required to enable them to make easy, informed decisions.

  • Track locations and aircraft and update clients on scheduled arrival and departure times.

  • Meet and greet clients and assist with any additional requirements to enable a seamless travel experience.

  • Deal with third parties and assistants (EA / PA’s) to ensure client satisfaction. Work with these to obtain missing information or answer queries where required.

  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.

  • Chase for settlement of pending customer dues.

  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

  • Stay up to date with changes within our industry and travel restrictions.

Who you are

  • Have proven work experience in sales and customer service, ideally in the aviation industry.

  • Have professional behaviour with a positive can-do attitude for an impeccable first impression to the customers.

  • Organised and methodological.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and self-driven, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • Trustworthy and ethical, accepts and delivers on responsibilities and requires others to follow through on commitments.

  • Able to generate new ideas and solutions from self and others. An ability and desire to go beyond the familiar.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (Knowledge of Arabic and other European languages would be considered an asset).

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
